NYDUS Drops Debut Single “PROPERTY” — A Raw Glimpse Into the Grind Behind DUB 5
This morning, DUB 5 releases “PROPERTY”, the debut single and music video from NYDUS. A raw, cinematic reflection of his first year and a half between Central London and Madrid. The five-minute release captures the story behind the rise of DUB 5: sacrifice, persistence, and the unfiltered truth of building something real in the city.
Filmed across London’s Studio A penthouse near The Shard and the streets of Madrid, the video plays like a visual diary — blending moments of success and solitude with clips that show the pressure behind the progress. Intercut with late-night sessions, city skylines, and tense encounters with police, “PROPERTY” embodies the reality of chasing independence while navigating the hustle.

Produced, mixed and mastered by NYDUS, the track features George Styles (guitar), Jesse (synths), and Chris Generals (keys). Co-written with J.J, it pairs ambition with authenticity, with lines like “We in Central, don’t be moving that way… Don’t be f**in’ up the pattern, I got bills to pay” capturing the relentless pace of the London hustle that drives both the sound and the story.
As founder and director of DUB 5, NYDUS continues to lead the company’s creative vision — producing music videos, developing artists KDthePoet and ypclzz, and shaping the next wave of independent UK talent.
