KDthePoet Kicks Off DUB 5’s January Releases

KDthePoet kicks off a busy release week for the DUB 5 record label with his new single Lunch, out now. The track reflects a focused mindset centred on growth, discipline, and moving smarter, driven by KD’s desire to step into bigger opportunities.

Produced by Chicago-based Nate Wyatt, Lunch came together instinctively. KD describes repeatedly returning to the beat while writing, allowing its energy to shape the record. The track was recorded, mixed, and mastered by NYDUS in Studio A, continuing DUB 5’s in-house creative run.

At just 18, KD sees Lunch as the start of a new chapter. He’s now beginning work on his next EP and has a collaboration on the way with fellow Swindon artist Emz.

The week continues on Wednesday with ypclzz – WorldWithoutWords, before closing on Friday with NYDUS – City of London Vol. 1, marking a strong start to the year for DUB 5.
